REFUND POLICY
1. Business-to-Business Services
doctoGyn is provided exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals acting within the scope of their professional activity.
By subscribing to doctoGyn, you confirm that:
- You are not acting as a consumer.
- You are purchasing the service for professional purposes.
Consumer protection laws providing withdrawal rights may not apply.
2. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered:
- No charges will be applied during the trial period.
- The subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled before expiration.
It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue.
3. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual plans:
- Payments are non-refundable after activation.
- Early termination does not entitle the user to reimbursement of unused months.
5. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Technical malfunction preventing reasonable use of the platform.
- Duplicate payments.
- Billing errors.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
6. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by an authorized third-party Merchant of Record or payment provider.
Refunds, where approved, will be issued through the original payment method and in accordance with the payment provider’s policies.
7. Chargebacks
Users agree to contact doctoGyn support prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Immediate account suspension.
- Recovery of chargeback-related fees.
- Legal action where applicable.
8. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation:
- Prevents renewal for the next billing period.
- Does not trigger automatic refund of current billing cycle.
